Joe Everett
A passionate collector of fine wines and rare whiskies for over three decades, Joe has built an impressive collection of more than 10,000 bottles spanning the globe, from iconic Scotch whiskies to renowned Japanese expressions. His extensive knowledge of rare and collectible spirits, combined with a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship and heritage behind the world’s finest drinks, forms the foundation of PICT International’s commitment to quality. Beyond the spirits industry, Joe is also a seasoned entrepreneur and Silicon Valley investor with a long-standing track record of supporting innovative start-ups and growth-stage companies. His unique blend of whisky expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and international business experience continues to drive the growth and strategic direction of PICT International.

Paul Houlders
With over 20 years of design experience across England and China, Paul brings a wealth of creativity to PICT International. Specialising in whisky label artwork and product packaging, Paul creates visually captivating and unique designs that help our clients stand out in the market.

Finn Thomson
Finn is a ninth-generation member of the Thomson family, who have been deeply involved in the whisky industry since 1838. With a strong heritage in the field, he now runs a whisky consultancy business, offering expert advice and services to those in the industry. Finn also holds a Certificate in the IBD Fundamentals of Distillation, further solidifying his expertise and commitment to the craft.

Julie Lee
Julie Lee is a trailblazer in the whisky world and a valued member of the PICT International team. She became the first female Keeper of the Quaich in Greater China in 2013 and has since held key roles as a judge at prestigious competitions including the IWSC in London, ISW in Germany, and the Las Vegas Global Spirit Awards. Julie also serves as the IWSC Chairman of the Whisky Ambassador Programme in Greater China, and is the founder of the Asia Palate Association and Chairperson of the China Malt Craftsman Association. As the lead J Certificate appraiser, her influence and expertise continue to elevate whisky appreciation across Asia.
