The Pineapple

The Pineapple, rated as “one of the strangest building in Scotland”, is located in Dunmore Park. The interior mixes a variety of architectural styles. The entrance on the south is Venetian windows combined with Tuscan columns, and the door frame into the hall under the pineapple are supported by carefully crafted Ionic column, and although the styles are diverse, they still present the correct details.

Distillery Introduction

The stills of Highland Park are onion-shaped, with broad shoulders and swan-shaped necks. The appearance of the still during the distillation process helps to collect fruit-rich esters and retain the peat smoky aroma with heather honey. The sweetness of the ester and the smoky heather give a perfectly balanced taste.

The Pineapple x Orkney

The Pineapple’s meticulously crafted and unique artistic style echoes with the exquisite craftsmanship and unique taste of the Highland Park. It does not follow the trend of the world, but can still present the unique and exquisite beauty to the public.
