The Glen Finnan Viaduct
The Glen finnan viaduct is a viaduct in the West Highland Railway. It was built by Robert McAlpine & Sons in 1898. Because of the local geological structure, the advanced large-area concrete structure was used. The architect himself even won the title of “concrete BOB”.
| Distillery Introduction
Craigellachie was founded in 1891 and sustained as a unassuming distillery. Their whisky has a refreshing fruity fragrance, so most of it is used as the whisky base of the White Horse whisky. Craigellachie maintains the traditional whisky distill process, including the use of old-type worm tubes to cool spirits. Lovers of single malt whisky fascinated by its sulfur-rich, appetizing and mellow taste.
| Glen finnan x Craigellachie
It is famous for shooting Harry Potter, 007 and other movies, and has beautiful scenery. The winding shape just like the worm tube condensation that Craigellachie is proud of. The railway still runs normally today, connecting Fort William and Mallaig.
