Nose
Fresh with lemongrass, mint, and citrus. Hint of cereals and sweet sirop in the back ground. Incredibly well balanced. With water the cereal flavours develop.

Taste
Slightly viscous. The same complexity as the nose develops with cereal, vanilla and lemongrass. Dry finish with spices, cereals and slight pleasant bitterness. With water it becomes smoother with lemon, quince, and freshness of herbs coming through. The woody flavors come back at the end.
